Collaboration Center

The Collaboration Center is the central hub within akaBot Center where human operators and automated bots work together to complete end-to-end business processes. It provides a unified interface for managing tasks that require human judgment, approval, or intervention alongside fully automated bot executions. By combining the speed and accuracy of RPA with human decision-making capabilities, the Collaboration Center enables organizations to handle complex workflows that cannot be fully automated.

Within the Collaboration Center, supervisors and team leaders can monitor all active processes in real time, view task assignments, track bottlenecks, and reassign work as needed. Every task—whether performed by a bot or a human—is logged with timestamps, outcomes, and audit trails, ensuring compliance and accountability across all operations. Notifications and escalations are automatically triggered when tasks are overdue or when exceptions require human attention.

The Collaboration Center also supports role-based access control, ensuring that each participant only sees and acts on tasks relevant to their responsibilities. Integration with external systems such as ERP, CRM, and email platforms allows context data to flow seamlessly into human task forms, reducing manual data entry and improving decision quality.
