Setup Desktop Outlook
Prepare the Outlook desktop app on the Agent machine, collect the account and folder names, and enter them in the Outlook activities in akaBot Studio.
Setup IMAP
Collect the information needed to read email with IMAP and enter it in the IMAP activities in akaBot Studio.
Setup SMTP
Collect the information needed to send email with SMTP and enter it in the Send SMTP Mail Message activity in akaBot Studio.
Setup POP3
Collect the information needed to download email with POP3 and enter it in the Get POP3 Mail Messages activity in akaBot Studio.
Save Mail & Attachments
Save emails as .eml files and save their attachments to a folder with the Save Mail and Save Mail Attachments activities.
